It’s always reassuring to see my posts from 3 years ago make an appearance in places unlooked-for…I find it flattering.

Do you have a link for it, or are you being sarcastic?
I would be happy if someone linked to one of my own posts, but I think I would be annoyed if they had copied it and made it their own.

I’m being somewhat sarcastic, but it is true. I can’t say where or the people who wrote it because I don’t feel like getting into a war of words about it, but I wrote a very similar (virtually identical) post around 3 years ago.

Yes, I’ve seen photos (obviously) stolen from my website being used to sell other people’s work on a very similar woodworkers website in the UK, I was very annoyed at first but after a while just forgot about it as it’s too hard to work out what to do, I tried contacting them and had no reply so I gave up.

Funny thing is his work looks nothing like mine and was very poor quality so I’d hate to be a customer of his if he sends out something that looks totally different to what they thought they were ordering based on the photo. False advertising, oh well good luck to them. It is kinda flattering in a way I guess. Maybe karma will catch up with them one day. Although often I’ve seen these seedy types get away with it and just move on to the next dodgy idea they have and change their business name. Arghhh the world we live in today!
